Today there is a revival in homemade paper. Not only is it a fun experience but it’s a good way to recycle waste into wonderful possibilities. Recycled-paper pulp can be made from tissues, computer paper, photocopier paper, wrapping paper, brown paper, note paper, or envelopes — all used on their own or in combination. Add organic materials, leaves, stalks, seeds, herbs and spices for natural colour and perfume.

In this workshop you will be taught how make your own paper using pulp, deckles and moulds. Bring along anything else you wish to include and create a thing of beauty you can use in your artwork, craftwork or the forgotten art of letter writing!
